Using the Birkman Method® (link to Birkman page) and The Mulling Factor©, combined with one-on-one sessions with a Senior Career Consultant, you will determine your personal work style, type of boss you work best with and be able to recognize the best work environment for you. While many assessment tools are personality and aptitude based, the Birkman Method® (link to Birkman page) goes into greater depth to provide insight so you can identify your behavior when you are under stress and better manage that stress.
