ASSESSMENT TOOLS THAT WORK

Using the Birkman Method® and The Mulling Factor©, combined with one-on-one sessions with a Senior Career Consultant, the candidate will determine their personal work style, type of boss with whom they work best and be able to recognize their best work environment. While many assessment tools are personality and aptitude based, the Birkman Method® goes into greater depth to provide insight so individuals can identify stress behavior and how to manage it more effectively.
