Disagreement and rivalry between individuals leads to distrust. And, as this conflict intensifies, trust further diminishes between the two parties and a stalemate ensues. Through our process we carefully facilitate and address conflicts between two people instead of letting the conflict continue to affect them and others and their performance.
Initially we meet privately with each party and then carefully share each person’s concerns over several sessions until a mutual understanding is reached. The end result not only resolves the conflict, but also allows each individual to clearly understand how the other person is motivated. This leads to greater respect for each other’s differences. Once each person values the other’s contributions, productivity returns and results in a positive working environment for everyone.
